Reach Out and Touch Family Center is a non-profit that has a 501 ( c ) 3 fiscal conduit through Reach Out and Touch Ministries Int’l and has been in existence since 1995 to meet the social, emotional, mental, and educational needs of families and the community of Staten Island through enrichment programs for all ages.  Programs available through the center provide alternatives to incarceration and violence prevention as well as other programs that include literacy enrichment, cultural enrichment, theater and performing arts, and sports programs that enrich community partnerships. This community development corporation also runs a weekly food pantry and clothing drive.  Our music program provides youth with lessons in piano, percussion, fine arts and performing arts.

Events such as The first "Honoring Our Heroes" basketball tournament brought together community youth to remember the African American firefighters and police officers killed on 9/11/01 along with members of the New York City Fire and New York City Police Departments. In 2015 the first "Bridge Over Troubled Waters" games brought police and community together to remember Eric Garner and Detectives Ramos and Liu.

-The first ever Families Against Violence Basketball games at Petrides Educational Complex 2016
-Holy Hip Hop Dance performances in the Park at Tappen Park 2016
-Annual Back to School backpack and school supply giveaways since 1995
-Saints vs. NYPD Basketball Games in Partnership with Rucker Pro Legends, Each One Teach One, Harlem Rockets, SI Black Heritage, NYPD, Staten Island Churches
